Kim Freetly is a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant who helps people and teams maximize their potential. With more than 30 years of experience in gaming, leadership, and people development, and as an Organizational Development Certified Practitioner (ODCP), Kim focuses on personal and leadership growth. She is passionate about helping people uncover their strengths, build confidence, and improve communication to create stronger teams and healthier organizations.
Known for her optimism, curiosity, and practical style, Kim thrives on guiding groups to discover what drives them and equipping them with skills they can use at work, at home, and in their communities. She is also a freelance writer who enjoys sharing stories that inspire growth, resilience, and connection.
Beyond consulting and writing, Kim brings creativity to life through her pop-up Bakehouse, where she mills her own flour and uses wholesome, natural ingredients to craft breads and baked goods. She finds joy in building community, whether in the kitchen, the workplace, or the outdoors.
Kim lives in Pine City, Minnesota, where she embraces all four seasons through camping, boating, snowmobiling, and golfing. Most of all, she treasures time with family and friends, who remind her daily of the importance of love, laughter, and serving others.
