Coach Skills For Leaders Certification Public Cohort

Our Coaching Certification for leaders elevates and deepens the coaching skills of key people managers such that it provides an immediate contribution to team members in real time.


How It Works

  • This live virtual coaching certification process includes bi-weekly 60-minute live training sessions on coaching skills that build on each other. You’ll join other leaders who are learning how to coach and develop their teams. Each week you’ll have a new coaching challenge 
  • Sessions are recorded and stored in case you need to miss a session. 
  • The program culminates in a coaching practicum where each participant will coach a team member for 4 sessions in an effort to develop their potential. 
  • Included will be access to the Cloverleaf assessment tool which will provide each participant with a Meyers Briggs, DISC and Enneagram assessment. Each participant will receive digital coaching tips to help them perform and coach from increased awareness of self and others. (over $250 value per person) 
  • Each participant will receive a physical coaching workbook and journal to track all progress. They can use the physical or virtual version; however they learn best. 
  • Certificate of Program Completion 


Overall Program Objectives - Participants will be able to:

  

  • Deepen their understanding of coaching in the workplace. 
  • Master coaching skills like active listening, powerful questioning, goal setting, situational coaching, coaching for performance and coaching in conflict. 
  • Immediately apply coaching techniques to performance, leadership development, team development, difficult conversations and disciplinary challenges. 
  • Build trust with individuals and their team to create cohesion and improve performance and productivity. 
  • Leverage their personality and leadership assessments from Cloverleaf to shape their signature style of coaching. 
  • Contribute to the creation or strengthening of a coaching culture within their team and organization.
