Ben started his career as a graphic designer, where he learned that solving a problem starts with defining it. He has over 20 years of experience designing and executing solutions in a wide range of contexts, including marketing, program evaluation, program development, media production, project management, and event planning.

Whether he is coaching, developing leaders, or helping people build better systems, Ben wants other people to succeed and flourish. He approaches every project assuming that each stakeholder has the skills, knowledge, and ability critical to the solution's success. Ben focuses on asking the right questions to uncover each person's innate potential, so they can find hope.

Ben completed his graduate work in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University.
