As a native Oklahoman, Katina has a passion for supporting and growing leaders in Green Country. She graduated high school from Bixby, OK,  and continued her education at Oklahoma State University where she received a double major in international business and marketing. Katina earned her Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Nazarene University then served as an adjunct professor for five (5) years teaching Applied Research & Analysis, Statistics, and Finance.  

With over 20 years in business, Katina has experience in Aviation, Higher Education, Oil and Gas, Consulting and Healthcare. As an experienced OD, HR, and Talent Professional, with a passion for helping leaders and organizations, Katina prides herself in coaching and mentoring others to become their best selves.  

While Katina is a dedicated professional, she also has various hobbies including reading, hiking, and traveling. We all need a “why” for what we do. Katina’s why is to support her family and support her love of traveling. Her favorite place to travel is Cozumel, Mexico.
