With more than 30 years of experience in gaming, leadership, organizational development, and people development, and as an Organizational Development Certified Practitioner (ODCP), Kim brings a practical, people centered approach to helping organizations improve how they work, lead, and serve.

Kim specializes in facilitating meaningful conversations, guiding groups through complex challenges, and creating the space for people to think, learn, collaborate, and move from discussion to decisions and from strategy to action.

Known for her optimism, curiosity, and practical style, Kim believes the best solutions are often found within the people doing the work. She enjoys helping teams identify what is working, uncover opportunities for improvement, simplify processes, and build practical solutions that create lasting impact.

Kim is also a freelance writer and storyteller who enjoys sharing ideas that inspire growth, resilience, leadership, and connection.

Outside of consulting, Kim brings her creativity to life through baking, where she mills her own flour and creates breads and baked goods using natural ingredients. She finds joy in building community, whether around a table, in a workshop, or outdoors.

Kim lives in Pine City, Minnesota, where she embraces all four seasons through camping, boating, snowmobiling, and golfing. Most of all, she treasures time with family and friends, who remind her daily of the importance of love, laughter, and serving others.
